General advice when creating your own 25-piece spring capsule wardrobe:
✅ Invest in high quality pieces – and no, high quality does not mean expensive! (pay attention to my recs under each item)
✅ Make sure all your 25 pieces fit you perfectly. This makes a huge difference! (I’ll give you some recs for different body types to help you pick the right pieces whenever it applies)
✅ All the pieces in your spring capsule wardrobe (or any capsule) have to be in top shape! I encourage you to replace anything that is not.
✅ You have to LOVE each piece. This is what’s going to help you feel super confident every time you get dressed.
✅ The goal? A wardrobe that feels light, fresh, and ready to take on the season while giving you endless outfit options without the clutter.
⭐️ PS: I’m giving general advice on how to pick the best pieces for the 4 most popular body types. HOWEVER, these ‘rules’ are not set in stone! What truly matters the most is that YOU love each piece and that YOU feel like a million bucks when you’re wearing them! ⭐️
Ok, now that I got those things out of the way, let’s get started with building your own spring capsule wardrobe with just 25 pieces!
#1 – Spring Capsule Wardrobe Essential: The White T-Shirt
I usually have 2 white t-shirts at a time. This is one of those basic pieces I replace every 6-9 months because I wear it every week AND all year round. This obviously is not something that I do with every piece in my capsule wardrobes, but I’m just sharing to give you some perspective on how important it is for every item to be in top shape! 🏆
A good white t-shirt is the backbone of any capsule wardrobe—casual, crisp, and easy to style. You can pair them with jeans for a laid-back look, tuck them into a midi skirt for something dressier, or layer them under a blazer for a more polished look. There’s so much you can do with a plain white t-shirt.
These are some ways to style your white t-shirt for spring:
I recommend investing in high-quality basics that hold their shape/color after washing. Another thing I recommend doing if you sweat, is to spray the ‘sweat area’ with Shout or similar product every time you wash it. It will keep your white T-shirts in top shape for longer.
⭐️ How to pick the right white t-shirt for your body type?
- For triangle shapes, opt for a white t-shirt with fun details like puff or flutter sleeves or wide necklines to balance your silhouette.
- If you’re an inverted triangle, a relaxed-fit tee with a v-neck or scoop neck will soften your shoulders.
- Hourglass shapes shine in fitted tees that show off the waist.
- Apple shapes should try flowy styles or longer tees with v-necks to create a flattering, lengthened look.
🎯 My top recommendation for white t-shirts are these ones. Sustainable, very high quality and only $15! There are tons of options for each of these 4 body types.
#2 – Long Sleeve T-Shirts
These are lifesavers for cooler spring days or chilly evenings. A long-sleeve T-shirt adds a layer of warmth without the bulk, making it perfect for layering under a utility jacket or when paired with wide leg pants.
Which color? That’s up to you and it depends on the other colors you have in your 2025 spring capsule wardrobe. I recommend neutrals or light colored stripes.
The perfect long-sleeve tee can be a wardrobe hero, but finding one that flatters your shape makes all the difference! Whether you want to balance your silhouette or highlight your favorite features, check out the tips below on how to choose the right long sleeve T-shirt for your body type.
⭐️ How to pick the right long sleeve t-shirt for your body type?
- For triangle shapes, opt for long-sleeve tees with boat necks, subtle puff shoulders, or any shoulder details to draw attention upward and balance your silhouette.
- Inverted triangles look great in styles with scoop necks or subtle A-line hems to soften the broader shoulders.
- For hourglass shapes, choose fitted long-sleeve tees with stretch fabrics that hug your curves and define your waist.
- Apple shapes shine in relaxed-fit or tunic-style long-sleeve tees with v-necks to elongate the torso and create a streamlined look.
🎯 This is where I shop for long sleeve T-shirts. Sustainable, great quality and affordable.
#3 – A New Spring Capsule Wardrobe Addition: The Trusty Top & Bottom Set!
These are also known as matching sets, and they are your shortcut to effortless style! Whether it’s a skirt and blouse or wide-leg pants with a coordinating top, these pieces can be worn together or mixed with other items in your spring capsule wardrobe.
I discovered matching sets as a full time traveler. I’m someone who LOVES dresses, but didn’t like that I couldn’t style them in different ways easily while on the road. But that’s not the case with a matching set!
I love styling my matching sets together and separately 🙌🏻
These are the 2 I’ve had over the past 3 years:
⭐️ How to pick the right matching set for your body type?
- For triangle shapes, go for sets with a bold, detailed top (like puff sleeves or a cropped fit) paired with simple, flowy bottoms to draw attention upward.
- Inverted triangles should try sets with a fitted or minimal top and flared, wide-leg, or pleated bottoms to balance proportions.
- Hourglass shapes look amazing in fitted sets that highlight the waist, such as crop tops with high-waisted skirts or pants.
- For apple shapes, opt for sets with flowy or wrap-style tops and bottoms that sit higher on the waist to create a flattering, elongated look.
🎯 There are 3 websites where I like to browse/shop for matching sets:
- Timeless, great quality and fit here (that’s where I got the silk leopard one from the photos above – you have to browse for matching tops & bottoms separately).
- Bold, unique and fun here.
- On a tight budget? Browse this page. The quality is a hit or miss, but they do have cute things!
#4 – A Crewneck Sweater:
A crewneck sweater is a must-have for any spring capsule wardrobe. It’s the perfect blend of comfort and style! Its classic design makes it incredibly versatile, whether you’re layering it over a collared shirt for a polished look, pairing it with jeans for a casual vibe, or even throwing it over a dress for those cooler spring evenings.
Which fabric? For spring, lightweight knits are key. Think cotton, cashmere, or linen blends—they’re breathable, soft, and just warm enough for those crisp spring mornings.
Which colors? Neutral shades like beige, black, or dark green are timeless and pair effortlessly with everything, but don’t be afraid to experiment with soft pastels or muted earthy tones that scream spring.
A sage green, pale pink, or light blue sweater can add just the right amount of seasonal flair while still being versatile enough to style in multiple ways.
Whether you go for dark or light colors, a crewneck sweater is one of those pieces that will work overtime in your spring capsule wardrobe. You will keep a piece like this one for years to come, and you will use it during fall & winter too, so make sure you LOVE it and that it fits right!
🎯 I recently got this beige Mongolian cashmere sweater (the one from the photo) and I love it so much! It comes in other colors too.
And, for other crewneck sweater styles just browse this page. Again, when you’re shopping make sure all the pieces kind of work together. Otherwise, it’ll be hard to create a true capsule wardrobe.

#5 – The Classic Striped Sweater!
Stripes can add a bit of personality to your outfits. A lightweight striped sweater is perfect for those in-between weather days, and it looks great with jeans, skirts, or even over a chambray shirt.
I had to buy this piece in the middle of a 6-month trip when the weather in Bosnia & Herzegovina suddenly changed, and none of my summer pieces kept me warm.
Because I’ve loved it ever since, I had to add it to my spring capsule wardrobe!
⭐️ How to pick the right striped pieces for your body type? (this advice applies for any striped piece)
- For triangle shapes, look for sweaters with horizontal stripes or bold patterns on the upper half to draw the eye upward and balance your silhouette.
- Inverted triangles should try subtle or thinner stripes and relaxed fits to soften broader shoulders.
- Hourglass shapes look amazing in fitted sweaters with evenly spaced stripes to highlight your curves.
- For apple shapes, go for lightweight sweaters with vertical stripes or diagonal patterns to elongate the torso for a slimming, flattering look.
🎯 Browse all kinds of striped sweaters here, and found the right stripes for your body shape following the tips shared above.
#6 – The Forever Darling: A Denim Jacket!
A denim jacket is the ultimate spring layering piece. Whether you prefer classic blue or edgy black, it’s a versatile staple that works with everything from dresses to maxi skirts. I’ve worn mine countless times, and it’s a forever favorite.
Black or blue denim? It depends! I personally prefer blue. The only reason I have the black one pictured below, is because I lost my blue one at the airport, and when we arrived at our destination (Istanbul) I went shopping.
I didn’t have much time to try and find the perfect one, so the black one was basically what I saw first, it fit right and it was on sale 😎
Whichever color you pick, you will fine! Continue reading for all my best denim jacket styling tips based on your body type.
⭐️ How to pick the right denim jacket for your body type?
Believe or not, even a piece like the classic denim jacket can compliment your natural features. Here are my top styling tips for each body type:
- For triangle shapes, go for cropped or fitted denim jackets with shoulder details or embellished collars to draw attention upward.
- Inverted triangles should try styles with softer lines, minimal detailing, and relaxed fits to balance broader shoulders.
- Hourglass shapes shine in tailored or cinched-waist denim jackets that highlight your curves.
- For apple shapes, opt for longer, relaxed-fit denim jackets that skim over the torso for a flattering, streamlined silhouette.
🎯 Browse for all kinds of denim jackets here. They are good options for each body type, this brand is sustainable and affordable. Keep in mind that you will have this piece in your closet for YEARS! So choose wisely 😉
(my body shape is hourglass or triangle if I gain weight, and this is the denim jacket I have)
#7 – Green Utility Jacket Or Beige Trench Coat
You only need one of these, so pick the style that suits your personal style best.
A utility jacket is casual and chic, while the classic trench coat adds a bit of sophistication. Either way, they’re perfect for unpredictable spring weather.
For a spring capsule wardrobe I suggest one or the other, because you would have one as a part of your fall capsule wardrobe. So my advice is that you pick one for each capsule wardrobe. You can’t go wrong! Does that make sense?
⭐️ How to pick the right spring outerwear for your body type?
- Triangle: Look for utility jackets or trench coats with eye-catching shoulder details, such as embroidery or puffed shoulders, to draw attention upward. A belted waist will further define your silhouette and balance proportions beautifully.
- Inverted Triangle: Opt for jackets with minimal shoulder detailing to avoid adding extra width. A flared or A-line hem and a relaxed fit will add volume to your lower half, creating balance.
- Hourglass: Tailored trenches or utility jackets with a defined waistline are your best bet. Choose styles with belts or adjustable drawstrings to emphasize your natural curves while maintaining structure.
- Apple: Select a jacket with a straight cut or a soft tie waist to skim over your midsection. Open necklines, such as lapels or waterfall collars, can elongate your torso for a sleek and flattering look.
🎯 Check out all kinds of spring outerwear here. This is another piece you will keep for years, so take your time to think about the right one for you!
#8 – A Spring Capsule Wardrobe Favorite: A Midi Skirt!
A midi skirt is a spring capsule wardrobe staple that is as stylish as it is versatile. It’s the perfect length to keep you comfortable on breezy days, and it transitions effortlessly between casual and dressy occasions.
Choose one in a fun print or bold color to make a statement, or keep it simple with a neutral one that pairs easily with everything else in your capsule. It’s up to you!
Whether you choose a pleated skirt, one with a pop of color, or the matching bottom of a top-and-bottom set, a midi skirt is a great way to add flair and femininity to your spring looks.
⭐️ How to pick the right midi skirt for your body type?
Midi skirts are incredibly versatile, but their length and design can either elongate your frame or overwhelm it, depending on the cut. Choosing the right shape, fabric, and details ensures you feel confident, comfortable, and chic, no matter your body type!
- Triangle: Opt for a midi skirt with subtle volume, like pleats or an A-line cut, to balance out your proportions. Pair it with a fitted or embellished top to draw attention upward.
- Inverted Triangle: Go for a flowy or printed midi skirt to create balance. A solid, minimal top keeps the look harmonious while emphasizing your lower half.
- Hourglass: A high-waisted midi skirt that hugs your curves is a great pick. Pair it with a tucked-in top to highlight your waistline.
- Apple: Look for a skirt with a slight flare that skims over your midsection. Pair it with a lightweight, structured top to elongate your silhouette.
🎯 Browse some classic midi skirts here – But also check out this website for more fun and unique options if that’s more your style.
#9 – The Beloved Maxi Skirt
Maxi skirts are an effortless way to make a statement while staying comfortable, and that’s music to my ears!
Whether you choose a bold print or a simple solid, a maxi skirt adds drama and movement to your spring outfits. It’s also a great opportunity to play with patterns or make a standout piece the focus of your look.
I’ve had this maxi skirt pictured below for years and years! And I love it so freaking much. Again, the color and style depend on your other pieces, but my advice is that you try adding a beautiful printed maxi skirt to your spring capsule wardrobe.
⭐️ How to pick the right maxi skirt for your body type?
- Triangle: Look for a maxi skirt with a straight or slightly flared silhouette and minimal volume. Pair it with a detailed top to balance your frame.
- Inverted Triangle: A flowy, printed maxi skirt works wonders to add fullness to your lower half. Keep the top simple and fitted to create proportion.
- Hourglass: A high-waisted maxi skirt that accentuates your waist and skims over your curves is ideal. Style it with a tucked-in or cropped top.
- Apple: Choose a maxi skirt with a straight cut or a slight A-line. Pair it with a structured, lightweight top to create balance and elongate your torso.

#10 – A Good Pair Of Jeans Or Chambray Pants
Every capsule wardrobe needs a reliable pair of jeans—or a great alternative like chambray pants!
While I’m not a jeans person myself (I don’t even own a pair right now!), I recommend reusing black jeans from your fall capsule or swapping them for chambray pants from your summer wardrobe.
Either option is versatile, stylish, and perfect for spring.
⭐️ How to pick the right jeans for your body type?
Picking the right pair of jeans for your body type is essential because jeans are a wardrobe staple that can either flatter your figure or work against it. Once you experience great fitting pants, you will never look back 🔥
The right fit can highlight your best features, provide comfort, and create a balanced silhouette, helping you feel confident and stylish.
- Triangle: Go for dark-wash or black jeans with minimal detailing on the hips and thighs. Pair them with a top that highlights your shoulders or neckline.
- Inverted Triangle: A light-wash jean with subtle fading adds visual interest to your lower half. Keep your top streamlined for balance.
- Hourglass: High-waisted, stretchy jeans that fit snugly through the hips and waist work best. Pair them with a tucked-in top to show off your shape.
- Apple: Look for mid- or high-rise jeans with a straight or slim leg. A slightly longer top or flowy blouse will balance your proportions beautifully.
🎯 These are hands down some of the best looking jeans out there! And if you’re curvy, check out this website. They’re a little bit of an investment, but boy oh boy they’ll make your butt look like a million bucks 🔥
#11 – The Always Elegant White Blazer (other neutrals work too!)
A white or neutral blazer is the ultimate layering piece for spring. It instantly elevates any outfit, whether you’re wearing jeans, a midi skirt, a dress or even shorts!
Choose a lightweight fabric and a tailored fit to keep it polished yet comfortable for the spring season.
This is one of those pieces I miss so much while I’m on the road. But whenever I’m back in Florida (where I have a small closet at my in-laws’) I try to find ways to wear it because it makes me feel so chic 💁🏻♀️
⭐️ How to pick the right blazers for your body type?
Pay attention here ok, these tips are gold and apply whenever you’re on the hunt for a new blazer. Take note of the tips that apply to your specific body type:
- Triangle: Pick a blazer with padded shoulders or slight structure to broaden your upper half. Pair it with dark bottoms to keep the look balanced.
- Inverted Triangle: A slightly longer, unstructured blazer with minimal detailing works best to downplay broader shoulders. Pair it with flared or wide-leg bottoms.
- Hourglass: Go for a fitted blazer with a defined waist to highlight your natural curves. Style it over a dress or with high-waisted bottoms.
- Apple: Choose a blazer with a longer, straight cut to create a streamlined look. Pair it with a V-neck top underneath to elongate your torso.
🎯 This is where I got the white blazer pictured above. They always have great fitting blazers!
#12 – A Spring Capsule Wardrobe Must-Have: Chambray Shirt!
A chambray shirt is a spring wardrobe hero. It’s incredibly versatile and works as a standalone top or lightweight layering piece. While any shade works, a light chambray is the most versatile option for mixing and matching.
I always travel with some kind of version of a button down shirt (either chambray or linen). Why? Well, because there’s so much you can do with them. You can:
1️⃣ Wear it open with a cami/tank underneath.
2️⃣ Layer it underneath a sweater.
3️⃣ Button it all the way up and add a statement necklace.
4️⃣ You can even wear it as a beach cover-up!
5️⃣ Tie a front knot and style them with pants, skirts or dresses.
⭐️ How to pick the right button down shirts for your body type?
These are general tips for ANY button piece you plan to add to your wardrobe.
- Triangle: Opt for a button down shirt with shoulder details or embellishments to draw attention upward. Pair it with dark or neutral bottoms.
- Inverted Triangle: A shirt with soft lines works best, and avoid excessive detailing on the shoulders. Wear it with printed or flared bottoms for balance.
- Hourglass: A fitted or slightly tailored button down shirt looks best. Tuck it into high-waisted skirts or pants to accentuate your waist.
- Apple: Look for a looser-fitting shirt that skims over the torso. Style it with slim or straight-leg bottoms to create proportion.
🎯 This is my favorite fitting chambray shirt – and if you’re on the hunt for a linen button down shirt instead, this is the one I have. (the quality/price is 💯)
#13 – The Trusty White Jeans
White jeans are a springtime classic that instantly freshens up any outfit. They’re crisp, versatile, and can be dressed up or down for any occasion. Whether you prefer a skinny fit, straight leg, or wide leg, white jeans are the perfect base for endless spring looks.
⭐️ Keep in mind that the same body type styling tips shared above for jeans (item #10) applies here.
#14 – Espadrilles (either flats or wedges)
Espadrilles are the ultimate spring shoe! They’re breathable, comfortable, and effortlessly chic, making them perfect for everything from brunch dates to casual outings.
Whether you prefer flats or wedges, espadrilles add a touch of relaxed elegance to any outfit. And this is one of those pieces you can get away with having one of each because you will also use them a lot during the summer months! ☺️
⭐️ My advice? Make sure they’re super comfortable so you can also wear them on days where you’ll walk a lot! (this advice applies for every pair of shoes actually)
🎯 Here are some super cute espadrille options for every budget!

#15 – My Favorite Travel Shoes Ever! 👟 White Leather Sneakers
Another essential spring shoe are white leather sneakers! Again, they’re incredibly versatile, timeless, and can elevate any outfit with a fresh, modern touch.
Whether you’re dressing up a flowy midi skirt, keeping it casual with jeans, or pairing them with wide-leg pants for a chic and modern vibe, white sneakers seamlessly tie outfits together in an instant!
For spring, their light, neutral tone complements seasonal colors and prints, making them a go-to for styling any outfit.
👟 Pro tip: Opting for white leather sneakers adds extra practicality. They’re easy to clean, durable, and perfect for unpredictable spring weather. Plus, their comfort and versatility mean you can go from a day of errands to a casual dinner without having to change!
As a full-time traveler, I swear by white sneakers. They’ve been my trusty companions for years, fitting perfectly into my carry-on and working with almost every outfit I pack.

#16 – A Neutral Crossbody Bag
Yes girl, I’m including accessories in this spring capsule wardrobe too!
A neutral crossbody bag is the perfect blend of style and function. It’s ideal for carrying your essentials while keeping your hands free. Choose a bag in a versatile shade like beige, taupe, or black that will complement every outfit in your spring capsule wardrobe.
🎯 This is the only one I have… the one I’ve been traveling with for the past 9 months. Bonus points because you can wear it at home and on your travels! (this is not the case for most bags)
# 17 – A Long Cardigan
For #17 on this list of items to add to your spring capsule wardrobe, we have the one and only long cardigan.
I love long cardigans because they cover my butt 😂 But that’s not the only reason why…
A long cardigan is a cozy, versatile layering piece perfect for spring’s unpredictable weather. Whether you throw it over a casual outfit or use it to dress down a fancy look, a lightweight cardigan adds texture and movement to your wardrobe.

#18 – A Blouse Or Going Out Top
A blouse or going-out top is the perfect option for date nights, dinners, or any occasion where you want to elevate your look or simply dress up.
Choose one with a little flair, like ruffles, an interesting neckline, or a touch of shimmer, to make it stand out without overwhelming your capsule. Remember that your tops have to match your bottom pieces!

⭐️ How to pick the right blouses or going out tops for your body type?
- Triangle: Opt for blouses with details like puffed sleeves, bold prints, or embellished necklines to draw attention upward. Pair them with neutral or dark bottoms to balance proportions.
- Inverted Triangle: A blouse with a V-neckline or subtle draping works best. Style it with a pleated midi skirt or wide-leg pants to soften your upper body.
- Hourglass: Choose a fitted blouse or one that can be tucked in to highlight your waist. Pair it with high-waisted skirts or pants to emphasize your curves.
- Apple: Flowy, tunic-style blouses with a slight A-line cut are ideal. Pair them with slim bottoms for a balanced, chic look.
🎯 As you are probably noticing in this blog post, I prefer to keep it simple with my tops and have fun with my pants, skirts and accessories. Here’s where I’ve been shopping for most of my tops lately.
#19 – Wide Leg Pants (I recommend green ones)
I’ll admit—I was a skinny pants loyalist until I tried wide-leg pants. Now, I’m obsessed.
I love wide leg pants because they’re comfortable, stylish, and versatile, effortlessly transitioning from casual to dressy. They honestly make me feel like a million bucks! I feel like they look better on me than skinny jeans ever did.
Choose a neutral shade for ultimate versatility or a pop of color to make a statement. Pay attention to the styling tips below if you don’t know which colors are best for your body type!
⭐️ How to pick the right colors for your body type? (styling tips for pants & bottom pieces)
- Triangle: Look for wide-leg pants in darker shades to balance your frame. Style them with light colored or printed tops that emphasize your shoulders or neckline.
- Inverted Triangle: Choose flowy, wide-leg pants in bold prints or lighter colors to add volume to your lower half. Pair them with a simple fitted top.
- Hourglass: High-waisted wide-leg pants that cinch at the waist are perfect. Tuck in a blouse or wear a cropped top to highlight your curves.
- Apple: Go for high-waisted wide-leg pants with a structured waistband to create definition. Style them with a lightweight top for balance.
🎯 Here are some options for great looking wide pants: (especially useful for curvy gals out there)
- A little bit of an investment, but they fit amazingly.
- Classic, sustainable and more affordable styles.

#20 – A Good Midi Dress
A midi dress that you can dress up or down is invaluable. Bonus points if it layers easily for changing weather. A good midi dress should be versatile enough to dress up with heels or dress down with sneakers, making it an MVP in your 2025 spring capsule.
And when I say versatile, I don’t say it lightly. I’ve had this dress for at least 8 years. And there are so many different ways I’ve styled it. It was an essential piece during my first year as a full time traveler!
⭐️ How to pick the right dresses for your body type? (all dresses)
When shopping for dresses, it’s essential to consider both your body shape and height to find the most flattering fit. Midi, mini, and maxi dresses can all look amazing when chosen with your proportions in mind. Here’s a quick guide to help you shop smarter:
- For Triangle Shapes: Look for dresses that balance your silhouette by emphasizing your upper body. Choose styles with statement necklines, puff sleeves, or details around the shoulders. A-line or fit-and-flare cuts work beautifully for all dress lengths to skim over the hips.
- For Inverted Triangle Shapes: Opt for dresses that add volume to your lower half to balance broad shoulders. Mini dresses with flared skirts, midi dresses with pleated or wrap designs, or maxi dresses with flowing hems are ideal.
- For Hourglass Shapes: Play up your curves with dresses that cinch at the waist. Bodycon minis, belted midis, or maxi dresses with wrap or tailored cuts will highlight your shape. Stretchy or flowy fabrics that follow your silhouette are great options.
- For Apple Shapes: Look for dresses that elongate your torso and define your waist. Empire-waist mini dresses, midi dresses with soft, structured fabrics, or maxi dresses with v-necklines and flowy, vertical silhouettes are all flattering.
🎯 There are MANY midi dresses out there, but honestly I think these are the ones that fit better on almost every body type. I just got this one, and also got it for my MIL (we have very different body shapes) and it fit PERFECTLY on both of us!
It would be a great fit to make a movie called ‘the sisterhood of the traveling dress’ with this dress – IYKYK 😂

#21 – The One & Only Maxi Dress
This is another piece I miss dearly now that I travel with just a 20′ carry-on. I love maxi dresses, but they take a lot of space, are heavy and I can’t style them in many ways.
Don’t take this the wrong way, though. This doesn’t mean there’s no space for you to have a maxi dress as a part of your 2025 spring capsule.
Maxi dresses are perfect for brunches, date nights or outdoor weddings. They’re a great option for warmer days or to layer with a denim jacket. Choose a printed or solid dress with layering potential for added versatility.
⭐️ The same body type advice that I shared for midi dresses applies here. So just scroll up and re-read #20.
#22 – Going Out Sandals
A pair of going-out sandals is a must for spring evenings. Whether you prefer wedges, block heels, or flats, these sandals add a touch of sophistication to any outfit.
Choose a neutral tone for maximum versatility or go bold with a metallic style. Either way, just make sure it matches the rest of the pieces in your spring capsule.

Choose versatile colors like white, black, or nude to get the most wear out of it.
⭐️ How to pick the right camis for your body type?
- Triangle: A cami with a detailed neckline or wide straps draws attention upward. Pair it with darker or neutral bottoms for balance.
- Inverted Triangle: Look for camis with a scoop or V-neckline to soften your shoulders. Style with flowy skirts or wide-leg pants.

#24 – A Good Looking Jumpsuit!
A jumpsuit is the ultimate all-in-one outfit for spring. Whether you choose a casual or dressy style, a jumpsuit is a chic, effortless option that’s easy to accessorize.

⭐️ How to pick the right jumpsuit for your body type?
- Triangle: Look for jumpsuits with structured shoulders or a defined waistline to balance your shape. Pair with bold earrings or necklaces to draw attention upward.

#25 – Linen Pants
And last but not least, we have linen pants!
You would think linen pants are just for summer, but no! Spring also has warm days where you want to start taking out some of your most breathable fabrics.
They’re perfect for casual days or even dressier occasions, depending on how you accessorize them and what shoes you wear.
⭐️ Which color? Neutral colors like beige, green, or navy work best for maximum versatility. But lately, I’ve been obsessed with these brown ones! I wanted to challenge myself and get a new neutral color, and let me tell you, I am loving it!
PRO STYLE TIP: ACCESSORIES MATTER! 👑
Accessories might seem like an afterthought, but they’re the secret weapon that takes your spring capsule wardrobe to the next level. The right accessories can completely transform an outfit, making it look polished, personalized, and seasonally appropriate.
They allow you to add pops of color, texture, or personality to even the most basic pieces, like a white t-shirt or neutral blazer. With a well-chosen neck scarf, headband, bold earrings, or a chic belt, you can create entirely new looks with the same core wardrobe pieces.
Think of accessories as the finishing touch that ties your entire wardrobe together. They allow you to express your style and keep your capsule wardrobe feeling fresh and dynamic, no matter how many times you wear the same pieces.
Don’t underestimate their power—accessories can make all the difference!

ABOUT THE AUTHOR:
Hi, my name is Aimara and I am the voice behind Ways of Style. I was born and raised in Venezuela until the age of 27 when I moved to Chicago, and 2 years later I met my best friend and husband. We now travel full time and live out of a carry-on bag, so believe me, I know a thing or two about how to maximize every single piece I own.
I love creating new looks, and looking cute while I’m traveling. And in this blog, I try to share all my outfits, even if I don’t have the best photos ;) My goal is to help you maximize every piece you have in your closet and to encourage you to live with less things.
