Spring always arrives full of hope. The warm weather is an instant mood booster for my South American soul, so today I felt inspired to share some outfit ideas for Spring. Not only that, I’m styling the same Everlane dress in 6 different ways. If you have a similar dress in your closet you can copy some of these looks! They are very easy to recreate because I mostly use basic pieces every girl should have if trying to build a capsule wardrobe.
Why I love a simple dress like this one
A dress like this is so versatile. I love the color too. A piece like this will never go out of style, believe me. I like to have different wrap dresses in my closet because they really compliment my body shape. I’m very curvy and pear shaped, so a wrap dress can help accentuate my waist.
How to maximize the pieces you have in your closet?
I’ve been sharing tips on how to maximize everything you have in your closet, that’s why I’ve been creating these ‘outfit formulas’ you’ll see below. My goal with sharing these posts is to inspire you to recreate some of these looks with things you already own, help you dress better and easily every day, so you can feel better and go out to the world feeling confident! Dressing well can do that for you!
It’s not the only thing you need, but whenever I feel good about myself I feel like I can kill it! You know what I’m saying?
Here’s what you are going to do to create your own looks:
- Pick one of the outfit formulas below to follow.
- Take out similar pieces out of your closet and separate them in piles (all the dress options together, all the t-shirt options together, all the shoes options together, etc).
- In this case the ‘Hero piece’ is the dress, so try to pick a similar one and create looks around that one dress.
- Start mixing! Follow the formula. That’s really it!
- Take some photos for future reference. That way you won’t have to think about it too much in the future.
I honestly hope this helps! If you have any questions, seriously, don’t hesitate to ask! I’m here to help :)
6 looks with one Spring dress – Outfit Inspiration
Outfit ideas for Spring – Look 1:
One of my favorite ways to style a spaghetti strap dress or sleeveless dress: layer it with a white t-shirt. It’s so simple and it really changes the way the dress looks. If you need an extra layer you can always add a denim jacket on top, add a nice statement necklace or earrings and heels, and there you have another look! You’re welcome.
The outfit formula:
White T-shirt + Everlane Dress + White sneakers

Who doesn’t love a good monochromatic look? Lately, I’ve been obsessed with dressing head to toe in the same color. It’s so easy. Have you tried it? My go-to colors are: Navy, black, different shades of grey, different shades of teal, military green and of course blush. Try it. It never fails and I don’t know why, it make you feel so chic.
The outfit formula:
Lightweight trench (same color as dress if possible) + Everlane Dress + Sandals

Of course I had to include a spring look with a denim jacket! It wouldn’t be me if I didn’t! You can always add a denim jacket to any dress you have. This time I added a hat and flat sandals because I wanted something cute and comfy at the same time.
The outfit formula:
Everlane Dress + Denim jacket + Sandals + Hat

And last but not least… I was running out of ideas honestly. When this happens to you, always remember your button down shirts! You can always throw them over or tie them in the waste like I did here.
The outfit formula:
Everlane Dress + Chambray shirt + White sneakers + Handbag
