Hi guys! How’s the week treating you?
I wanted to share with you some photos of a little staycation I had with the BF this past weekend. We drove to Naperville to enjoy the Arista Spa & Salon and stayed one night at Hotel Arista. Sometimes getting away from the city and doing things out of the ordinary are necessary, that’s why I couldn’t say no when they invited me to check out their services and installations. Here’s what we did:
We arrived at the Spa at 4 pm for our appointment. We got pampered to an incredible couples massage service that lasted an hour and a half and it was heaven. We both needed it because just the day before we both went back to the tennis courts after a while, and let me just say that my body knows I’m about to turn 30! LOL
The Arista Spa & Salon is a full service facility and it’s beautiful. The staff was amazing and the attention was just over the top. They offer from mani/pedis, to hair and makeup and have full spa services with incredible amenities.
Here are some pics of the Spa & Salon: (For more info on their services, check out their website)
After changing into our robes we chilled for a little bit and had a snack in their relaxation area. Let me tell you something, I need one of those chairs at home!
After a few minutes we entered to the couples suite to receive our treatment. It’s called the Signature healing, couples connection and it was so good guys! First we got into the traditional stone soaking tubs for 20 mins while sipping on champagne and then we received a 60 minute massage. Let’s just say that we didn’t want to leave!
Just take a look at this room! (Blinds were closed during the treatment. I just opened them for good lighting while taking the photos) 😉
What do you guys think so far?
After our massage we went to our locker rooms and enjoyed the amenities for a little longer because we honestly didn’t want to leave, but we had to because we had dinner reservations at 7.30 and they were waiting for us at Hotel Arista, which was next door.
Our room was a beautiful suite and it was filled with details to make us feel right at home. They pampered us with sweet treats and champagne and they even framed a photo of me and little Toto, who sadly missed the trip (even though the Hotel is animal friendly). He’s not the best behaved dog hahaha and I didn’t want to bring him so he could make a mess all over our room!
After chilling in our room for a little bit, we went downstairs to eat at the Sugartoad restaurant. Same place where we had breakfast the next morning. The food did not disappoint. I’m still thinking of that Creme Brûlée we had for dessert and the French Toasts! OMG, so good!!

So, what do you guys think? Definitely recommend it if you want a little getaway for the weekend!
Thank you so much Hotel Arista, Arista Spa & Salon and Sugar Toad Restaurant for the great service and for inviting us to check out your installations and services. Check out their website for reservations and more info.
Thank you so much for stopping by and following along!
