3 delicious and healthy ways to enjoy Thomas’ Cinnamon Swirl Bread
Anyone else obsessed with anything cinnamon around here?
I really thought my guilt-free french toast recipe was good, but last week I made it with Thomas’ Cinnamon Swirl Bread and it reached a whole new level of goodness!
Doesn’t it look amazing? Have you guys tried this bread? IT’S EVERYTHING! They use the best ingredients and their products are always the freshest! Did you know they distribute their breads in-store 5X a week? That’s why it’s always so good!
If you are not a french toast person (why?), you can try toasting it and top it with whipped cream cheese and home made jam. Sounds fancy, right?
It looks fancy too LOL, but it’s so easy to make. You can make jam out of any fruit you like. For these toasts I made a mango one and a mixed berry one. All you have to do is to chop the fruit in small pieces, add a little bit of water (I used 1 tbs) and stevia to taste. Microwave it for one minute, stir it and put it back in for another minute. It’s so easy and it has so little calories!
This is how it looks like before you put it in the microwave:
PS: I use whipped cream cheese because it has more volume and less calories. Each of these toasts have 150 calories. That’s it!! Also, I know they look like breakfast food, but they are SO GOOD for an afternoon snack, especially if you are like me and like to have a sweet treat at around 4 pm 😉
Let me know what you think and which one of these would you try in the comments below.
Thanks so much for stopping by and have the best day ahead!
