A SPAGHETTI STRAP DRESS – PART 1

A SPAGHETTI STRAP DRESS – PART 1

Hello my loves! Happy Monday!

Hope you all had an amazing weekend!

This week we are styling a spaghetti strap dress. I love these comfy dresses for Summer, because they are so easy breezy and they’re really almost as comfy as wearing sweats, but way cuter. You can of course wear them with nothing under or over, but for this week I wanted to do something a little different.

You know I always tell you about versatility when you buy your clothes right? I mean, of course I would love to buy stuff every week and wear them just once and toss them, but for the most part, not at all of us can do that. That’s why we need to be smart with the things we spend our money on.

For today, I wanted to style it with a t-shirt underneath and casual espadrilles. Super simple right?

What are your thoughts on this look? On a side note, this dress does look really good by itself, so that’s another option too. It’s from Shein and it costs $14. (It’s also available in navy!). I’m wearing a size M and it fits great, maybe I would have been fine with a Small, but I never risk it with dresses, so I’d say to size up if your hips don’t lie like mine.

Don’t forget to come back on Wednesday to see how I made this dress look fancy 🙂

Thanks for stopping by!

Hola a todos! Feliz Lunes!

XO,

I am probably going to always say “I love this” with all of your post because I DO. You can take such a beautiful dress and it down or up. I already know part 2 of this look is gonna be so nice. I love the colors of the dress and for $14 like come on!

You’re a genius. I probably would have never thought to style a cami dress like this, but you are rocking it! I’d probably wear it alone in the summer and layer it in the winter with tights. You can’t go wrong with either!

I couldn’t agree more. Light weight dresses are the way to go for summer. Look cute and be comfortable is the only option 🙂 Also love your shopping round ups, great picks! Shein is pretty rad!

Love how you paired the dress with a darker tee instead of white!

Lol !! My hips certainly do not lie either !! I love this dress and at that price it certainly is a good idea to get it in more than one color. I really love Shein. I really love your sunglasses and choice of shoe as well !

Loved part 1 so can’t wait to see how you style it on Wednesday! 🙂 As for buying new clothes all the time, it’s not just a matter of not being able to afford that. I think we need to think versatile clothing on a much larger level than before as our world is already filled with too much stuff, and I know this sounds like a paradox coming from a blogger, but I wish I had less clothes. I seriously have so much that I don’t even know what I own anymore and I could do with a lot less, so someday soon I’ll spend a day or two going through it all and will see what I’ll save and what I’ll sell. 🙂
